We provide a valuable link between the federal judges and lawyers who serve this District. Whether it is assisting in the development and revision of local rules to assuring that pro se civil litigants receive representation for meritorious claims, for over forty years the FBA-WDWA has worked closely with the United States District Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit to improve the federal judicial process for the courts, and for lawyers and litigants.
