The benefits of membership in the Federal Bar Association of the Western District of Washington include:
Membership Requirements:
Any person shall be eligible for regular membership if: (a) he, she, or they are (i) licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Washington, or (ii) licensed to practice law in any other state (or the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or any United States territory), and has his or her primary office within the Western District of Washington; and (b) he, she, or they a member in good standing of the Bar of the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington.
Any person shall be eligible for law student membership if (a) they are enrolled in the University of Washington School of Law, Gonzaga University School of Law, or Seattle University School of Law; or (b) they are enrolled in a law school located outside of Seattle but can demonstrate a connection to the Western District of Washington.
