Trauma, Impairment, and Recovery (Exp 12/9/30)

Approved for 1.0 Ethics Credit in Washington This interactive panel including judges will address and encourage participation about challenges of life, trauma, and recovery among lawyers, judges and jurors. The panel will address addiction and other mental health challenges disproportionally faced by lawyers, judges and law students, as well as the lawyer and judicial ethics rules potentially impacted by such issues.
